A holiday on the French coast in the Bordeaux region? On the one hand, the Atlantic Ocean with a gigantic sandy beach and the largest row of dunes in Europe. On the other side you have the world famous vineyards. And right in the middle: Carcans. Not much bigger than a village square with a church and a few shops. About 3 kilometers away, in the middle of the woods, lies a unique small holiday domain: Jeff-les-Pins.
You will find spacious accommodation for the whole family and a large family. Or for a lot of friends who can share the double house. There is sleeping accommodation for up to 20 guests. Tired of walking or cycling around the nearby lake – the largest in France? Then you just jump into your own pool. Or you can let yourself be carefree in a sun lounger while the children have fun in the large garden. Everything is possible, nothing is necessary. That’s Jeff-les-Pins’ motto.

Low season: From €1500 per week.
The rental price depends on the number of people. Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Peak season: From €3500 per week
The rental price depends on the number of people. During the months of July and August the rent is from Sunday to Sunday.
Info and conditions B&B
- Included in the rental price: bed linen (sheets, pillows), all comfort (wifi, smart TV, washing machine, …) and final cleaning.
- Not included in the rental price: energy costs (charged according to the meter) and tourist tax.
- Arrival and departure (summer months): arrival on Sunday from 2 pm, departure on Sunday before 9 am.
- Deposit: €500/week per house.
- Advance: 50% of the rent upon reservation
- Payment term: the full rental price must be paid 30 days before departure.
- Payment method: by bank transfer
